When do we collect your personal data?
- To be listed on the RentASenior Platform as a senior individual offering services, you will place an advert with your details on the website.
- When you seek to be respond to a job and be matched with a senior individual offering particular services, you will register and place an advert by filling the registration form with your details on the RentASenior Platform and then adding a listing.
- When you engage with us on social media.
- When you contact us via email or phone call.
What sort of personal data do we collect?
- When you fill in the enquiry form, we will ask for your full name, telephone number, email address and home address.
- When you email us, your email will be stored in our mail box online.
- Your social media handle when you contact us through a social media platform or if we post a picture of you.
- The RentASenior Platform is backed up regularly.

The RentASenior Platform may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you.

Data retention
How long will you use my personal data for?
We will only retain your personal data (such as your email address) for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.

If you fill in an enquiry form and send it to RentASenior via email, this file will be kept in the mailbox until the mailbox is full and the email is deleted. The information on the enquiry form will not be referred to once the enquiry is finished or if you do not respond to our last email to you indicating that you are finished with your enquiry.
Our emails are secured with a password which will be changed if we believe someone not employed by RentASenior has this knowledge.
Your legal rights
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data (including, but not limited to, the right to be forgotten). If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.
