Looking for an experienced chef you can rely on?
I have over 35 years’ experience working in restaurants, pubs, hotels and food manufacturing, and currently work as a Development Chef. I’m available for weekend relief work, holiday cover, menu development or simply providing an extra pair of hands during busy periods.
I’m calm under pressure, adaptable and take pride in doing every job properly. Whether leading a kitchen, supporting an existing team or helping solve problems, I bring professionalism, reliability and a strong work ethic.
Away from catering I’ve also worked as a tree surgeon and gardener, and I’m practical by nature, able to turn my hand to most DIY and maintenance tasks. If you need someone experienced, trustworthy and willing to get stuck in, I’d be delighted to help.
